Didn’t get vanity details for a month. Falsely advertised that there was a faucet included, was not notified it would not be, they sent it and said it no longer comes with it and refused to do anything about it. No communication, big scam. Would not recommend this company to ANYONE
We have a small space but wanted two sinks, only one size would work and Luxe Vanities had one we fell in love with.
The delivery of the vanity was smooth, but the backsplash came cracked. Raad is working diligently to send a new piece as well as some touch up paint for the vanity.
Couldnt ask for better communication and customer service with the owner calling me directly
Cant wait for all the parts to arrive and start using our bathroom again .
