The largest problem was the delivery company. The delivery driver gave 10 minute notice of his arrival, and then upon arriving would not bring the nearly 200 pound package past the street curb. He literally left the vanity in the street. He was very rude, and said I didn't pay for the extra service to bring the vanity into the garage where it would be safe. I was never offered any options for shipping other than delivery time.
Further, if I knew it would have taken so many extra weeks to be sent in the first place, I would have chosen something else. I do appreciate the owner answering the phone when I called looking for the vanity.

Everything about this product was high quality even down to the packing. The vanity was the only thing I could change in my bath at this time and it completely changed the appearance and feel of the room. I love the soft close doors and the glossy finish. It is just perfect in every way and I would recommend James Martin products to anyone.
Read: I have called you 3x regarding my bath countertop. There is no square cutout on the countertop to go over the sink. Please advise.
