Dear Raad/ owner,
When I originally ordered the vanity, I specifically asked if it included a backsplash. I was told that it did, although it was not shown in the picture. Based on that confirmation, I went ahead with the purchase as part of our restroom renovation.
We’ve only just now opened the box, and to my disappointment, there is no backsplash included. This is very frustrating, as I was clearly told otherwise, and I made the purchase based on that information.
Although it’s been about a month and a half since the order was placed, I would still like to receive the backsplash that was supposed to come with it. Please let me know how this can be resolved.

My Husband and I are doing a remodeling on our Master Bathroom and I came across these beautiful vanities online. I called Luxe Bathroom Vanities for an inquiry. I was able to talk to Rod who was very polite and courteous. He was able to let me know that they had them in stock. He was also willing to work with me and negotiate a price that would work for both of us. My vanities were shipped out within a couple of days and delivered within a week. We ordered our vanity from the website which said it came with faucets and was fully assembled. It was neither fully assembled nor did it have the faucets. We called in and the response was
“. Oh they dont do that anymore” But they certainly charged for it! The company did send a faucet set in another shipment. The vanity its self is very nice and we really like it.
