Dear Raad/ owner,
When I originally ordered the vanity, I specifically asked if it included a backsplash. I was told that it did, although it was not shown in the picture. Based on that confirmation, I went ahead with the purchase as part of our restroom renovation.
We’ve only just now opened the box, and to my disappointment, there is no backsplash included. This is very frustrating, as I was clearly told otherwise, and I made the purchase based on that information.
Although it’s been about a month and a half since the order was placed, I would still like to receive the backsplash that was supposed to come with it. Please let me know how this can be resolved.
